Those of you who struggle so hard not to buy EVE Online cheap isk. Here’s a short tip that can help you on mining. For hauling about 11000m3 add 3 cargo extenders and load ship with 3 giant containers and you can haul a lot more. Miners gonna love this so much.

Many EVE Online players are disappointed with how hard they play and how little they make at first. We recommend that you approach your enterprise in a business like and professional manner. Form a plan of attack that includes exploring for little-traveled areas. Try to make every minute of your time as profitable as possible. It may seem simple and basic to you but it’s not. It takes trial and error and a lot of driven pursuit to get it going but once it is rolling you will be smiling all the way to the market. Be patient and remain diligent and you will succeed. Have fun and most of all remember it is just a game. First let’s review a bit of information on the types of mining and terminology. The types of Minerals and
Ores are divided into three categories.
- High Grade Ore: Arkonor, Bistot, Crokite, Spodumain, Dark Ochre.
- Mid Grade Ore: Gneiss, Hedbergite, Hemorphite, Jaspet, Kernite and Omber.
- Low Grade Ore: Plagioclase, Pyroxeres, Scordite and Veldspar.
We’ll save ice types for a later discussion—you need skills well advanced to mine ice. Try to spend as much of your time mining only High Grade Ores. That’s not to say you can’t make big Isk doing the Medium Grade, but consider that Time = Production = Profit formula.
It can be enjoyable and challenging to mine High Grade Ore yields. Mining Low Grade Ore gets very boring to say the least. The lower grades are sometimes needed but we find that when you have a few billion Isk in your wallet you can afford to pay others to provide low grade needs. Because of the formula Time = Production = Profit, skills play a huge p art in production. If you’re just getting started you’re going to have to spend a little time doing a lower production. Use the time to get set up and to explore all you can. Just remember every time that voice tells you “ Skill training is complete” you m ove closer to a higher EVE Online production and ISK profit.
Here is a list of the Skills you will want to have and to work on. Note: These are skills relating to mining only.

EVE ONLINE GANKING MADE EASY: This is one of my favorite scams and I never see people doing it, I can’t believe I’m revealing it here, so don’t overuse it or everyone will know about it. This requires 3 people (or 1 person on 3 accounts) to pull off successfully. You need a buyer, a ganker or two with high alpha strike (raven battleships http://www.eve-wiki.net/index.php?title=Raven work well), and a hauler. In a pinch this can work with 2 people if the buyer acts as a ganker.
Go to a major trade hub system and dock with the buyer in the hub’s main station. Jita 4-4 for example. Look for people in the local chat channel selling high-priced goods such as BPOs or expensive named modules. See if you can match people selling expensive stuff with names in the station if a person is selling something expensive and you can see him in the hub’s main station, you have just found a mark.
Undock with the buyer and fly him out to another station in the system. Position the gankers and the hauler outside the mark’s station. Convo the mark with the buyer and tell him you want to buy his goods. He will probably ask you to come to his station. Tell him you are very lagged and it would take a long time for you to undock and fly over to him but you are willing to pay him 20 million isk extra (or some ridiculous price) to bring the good to you because you really want to have it and you need to leave soon. Most likely his greed will take over and he will agree to deliver the good to you.
As soon as he leaves the station note what sort of ship he is in if it is a small ship that can warp and align fast, start to lock him INSTANTLY with the gankers and hope that he doesn’t redock. Or have one of the gankers MWD into him and bump him out of docking range. If he is in a larger ship that takes some time to align/warp, WAIT until he moves so that he isn’t invulnerable THEN start to lock him. Use sensor boosters to improve EVE Online lock speed. Once locked, blast him to smithereens. The gankers will be blown up by concord. Fly the hauler over to loot whatever item he was selling. Hopefully it wasn’t blown up in his death. If it wasn’t, congratulations, you have just made a lot of money for relatively little work.
